HANDLE, SPIN TYPE
The General Services Administration has authorized the use of this commercial
item description in preference to type III, Class 3,
Style B of Federal Specification GGG-W-641.
Salient characteristic:
Conform to ANSI B107. 10M, Type 1, Class 3, Style 2. Metallic surfaces shall be chromium plated. Shall have a metal insert with a 1/4 inch square female drive securely assembled into and flush with the butt end of the handle grip.

The issue of ANSI B107.10M in effect on the date of the solicitation shall be used to determine compliance with stated requirements.
Regulatory requirements. The offeror/contractor is encouraged to use recovered materials in accordance with Public Law 94-580 to the maximum extent practicable.
Preservation, packaging, packing, labeling, and marking. The preservation, packaging, packing, labeling, and marking shall be as specified in the contract or order.
